Elsecar Antiques Fair
"A small friendly fair that is always packed with stallholders and visitors, Elsecar is unusually popular, seeming to have avoided the dwindling attendances that have blighted some other antiques fairs. Ample parking and the additional attractions of the heritage centre on the same site add to the appeal of the event, and although stock for sale is mostly at the lower end of the market, there are usually a good mixture of affordable buys. A friendly atmosphere and a tasty cafe complete the mix - it is well worth a visit if you are nearby."
